If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be eligible to use the service under your local law.

Do not misuse the service, infringe others’ rights, post unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Marketplace listings and prices are in Philippine Peso (₱). Transactions are directly between users; Kolekta Base is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of items, or for payment between buyers and sellers.

Some features require a paid subscription (User or Shop tier). Pricing, billing, and renewal terms are presented at purchase and may change with notice.

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service. Card data and imagery are property of their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Prices and card data are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or delayed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolekta Base is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
